Our Community

With a community of over 5,000 colleagues, it’s our ambition to build a more diverse, equal and inclusive workplace for everyone, and in doing so nurture positive behaviours to foster healthy, happy and collaborative colleagues. We also have a green ambition to embed responsibility and sustainability into our culture. Markerstudy has partnered with Net Zero consultancy, Energise. They have an impressive track-record of delivering energy and carbon management for corporates. Net Zero means reducing the UK’s emissions by 100% from 1990 levels. Greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) that can’t be avoided must be matched by removing the equivalent from the atmosphere. In general, it is accepted that to be “going Net Zero” means to be acting in a way that will limit human cause Climate Change temperature rise to 1.5°C. A review of our carbon emissions is underway, being mapped to the internationally recognised GHG Protocol. In 2021 we underwent a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) analysis by EcoVadis, global leaders in business sustainability ratings. They rate over 75,000 companies worldwide across 200 industries. In our first assessment, we were rated with a bronze medal and we’re working hard this year to improve our score.
