Head of Synchronicity

Following a career in finance and sales,

Tony co-founded Vision in 1995 in partnership

with his old school friend Martin Wills - taking

responsibility for all commercial aspects of the

business. Vision became part of Markerstudy in

January 2013 and is now an integral part of the

Synchronicity proposition. Tony was a founding

member of the Credit Hire Organisation and sat

on the ABI General Terms of Agreement Joint

Technical Committee. In July 2013 Tony became

Head of Synchronicity.

Beeston

Business Development

Manager Synchronicity

Shaun joined Auto Windscreens in early 2011.

After successfully developing the broker sector,

winning many newmajor accounts and managing

several important insurer relationships,

Shaun joined Markerstudy’s growing Business

Development Team. Further successes were

achieved, and Shaun played a key part in developing

a portfolio of broker accounts. In October 2013,

Shaun joined the Synchronicity Business Development

Team and is now instrumental in developing key

broker accounts for Synchronicity and ensuring

continued success.
