Andy Rigby,
Head of Technical Underwriting
Reporting to Gary Humphreys, Andy joins us from Willis Towers Watson with an established background in Pricing, Machine Learning and AI capability, a combination that is firmly on the agenda for our actuarial and underwriting divisions this year. His previous roles include positions at Hastings and Allianz.
In his free time, Andy is a keen traveller, having visited America, Japan, Spain, France and the Netherlands last year alone. When he’s not globe-trotting, he’s a keen DIY-er, and is currently refurbing his new house. (Any tips/hacks from fellow renovators are very welcome!)
Amanda Fox,
Head of Broker Development – PL Nationals
Reporting to Anthony Foster, Amanda will be bringing to her new role a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. Starting her career at Norwich Union and going on to work for a variety of Insurance businesses – from start-ups to multinationals, her many strengths include identifying opportunities, negotiation, and achieving profitable growth, underpinned by a great sense of humour! She’ll be bringing these skills and more to developing partnerships within our National Accounts, alongside supporting the delivery of MHR.
When she’s not metaphorically rolling up her sleeves and getting stuck in, she can be found in her home county of Norfolk, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or enjoying the coastal walks on her doorstep.
