Jeff Brooks
Head of Private Car – Zenith
Jeff has over 25 years’ experience in
insurance including private medical,
extended warranty and dental before
finding his home in motor insurance.
In 2006 he joined Link Insurance with
responsibility for managing their CV
products before being appointed Head
of Private Car for Zenith a couple of
years later. This role has
encompassed the launch of the
current standard Zenith product and
since then Jeff has been involved in
moving the product forward and onto
an insurer hosted rating basis.
Jeff also manages a number of vehicle
manufacturer schemes.

David
Drury
Head of Commercial Vehicle
David started his insurance career at
Hastings Insurance Services, where
he gained experience in both direct
and broker business. He then joined
Link Insurance shortly before its
merger with Zenith, where he worked
on private car and specialist schemes.
Since 2007 David has been
responsible for the Zenith commercial
vehicle account.

Matt
Seago
Head of Non-Standard
Private Car and Commercial
Vehicle
Matt has worked in the insurance
industry for over 20 years, from Office
Junior at a small independent city
broker to Branch Manager for the
Century Group. This was followed by
the role of Assistant Underwriter at
Planet Underwriting Agency,
progressing to the position of
Underwriter at QBE. Matt joined
Markerstudy Group in February 2010
and is responsible for Zenith
Distinction IHR and the Markerstudy
Solar products, as well as overseeing
the referral department.

Darren
Doughty
Head of Taxi
Darren joined the Markerstudy Group
in November 2011 and is based in
Chelmsford. With underwriting
experience spanning nearly three
decades, ranging from Corinthian at
Lloyds to HSBC, Darren has strong
product credentials in private and
public hire.

TIM KEMP
Head of Motorcycle
Timworked on the broking side of the
insurance industry for 20 years before
relocating from Yorkshire to Kent in
1996 to join Lombard General in the
role of Senior Underwriting Assistant,
primarily for motorcycle business.
Tim then moved to Chaucer Insurance
as Motorcycle Class Underwriter, and
subsequently joined Link/Zenith as
Head of Motorcycle Product. Tim is
now Head of Motorcycle for
Markerstudy and Zenith.
