Characteristics of target market:
- Drivers aged between 21-79 years of age.
- Drivers who have held a UK licence for a minimum of 24 months.
- Drivers who are either an individual, company or charity looking to insure a minibus between 9-17 seats.
- Drivers looking for SDP/SDP & C and business use.
Objectives, needs and interests of the target market. This Product:
- Provides cover for up to the market value of the vehicle at the time of accident, loss or theft and liability to others.
- Accepts various uses such as Social Domestic and Pleasure (SDP) and commuting only, Class 1 and Class 2.
- Provides cover against third party claims that arise for the use of the vehicle for accidental damage, and damage caused by fire and theft.
- Provides cover when the vehicle is being driven in the EU or any other country which has agreed to follow the EU Directive on Insurance of Civil Liabilities for up to 30 days per year.
- Provides new vehicle replacements for vehicles no more than a year old.
Unsuitable for customers for whom the product would not provide the intended value:
- Drivers who are looking to use the minibus for hire and reward.
- Drives aged under 21 or above 79 years of age.
- Drivers with drug and drink driving convictions.
- Drivers who have multiple claims.
- Drivers who have been made bankrupt.
- Drivers with non-motoring convictions.
