We’re always looking at ways to improve our services, to you and to your customers. This is why we’ve launched Project 5 Star which gives an enhanced focus to improving the customer service offering of Markerstudy and Zenith.
When a customer needs to contact us regarding their policy it’s vital that we are giving them the service that they deserve and should expect as standard. This project is in place to review our processes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and treat all our customers fairly.
Striving to improve procedures for the good of our customers is something that we are constantly looking to develop – what this project does is take the analysis of customer feedback to an Executive level so that we can move our improvement initiatives forward at pace. This bright proposal will allow us to evolve as customer expectations evolve, whilst maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction along the way.
