Zenith launches Brightbox

Zenith launches Brightbox Zenith has become the first insurer in the UK to launch a broker specific telematics policy, supported by Wunelli. The mileage-based Brightbox policy is being piloted by The Insurance Factory and a number of other brokers before a phased full roll-out in the final quarter of 2014. Brightbox policies offer motorists the ability to buy cover based on the number of miles they anticipate driving and are targeted at those with low mileages and young, inexperienced drivers with a low no claims discount.

We're now offering Supercover

It was business as usual for Markerstudy over the summer, with the acquisition of specialist insurance broker and claims administrator, Supercover, in a deal worth over £20m. The FCA regulated business, a market-leader in its field, joins Markerstudy’s burgeoning Retail arm.

Getting to know - Anthony Foster

Markerstudy is very proud to have been shortlisted for The Insurance Fraud Awards in the Combatting Fraud - Technology Initiative of the Year category for our SIRA Scorecard system. The winner will be announced at The Brewery, London on 2nd October. Gadget Cover, a brand of one of our newest acquisitions, Supercover, has also been attracting attention, having been nominated for the What Mobile Awards in the Best Insurance Provider category. Results will be shared via social media on 6th November. Wish us luck!

A Product with Distinction

We’ll soon be launching a new private car product, headed up by Matt Seago (pictured), Zenith Distinction IHR. We’ve used our years of experience and knowledge in the non-standard market to develop a larger, more diverse offering under the Zenith brand. Zenith Distinction IHR will add even more diversity to our existing product range, allowing us to target areas with very specific boundaries at the click of a button.

Lucky David from Lionheart wins our BIBA selfie competition!

It’s no surprise that visitors to the Markerstudy stand were inspired to take to Twitter, but one man in particular caught our beady social media eye. David Wilkes from Lionheart Insurance Services tweeted us throughout the day on May 14, taking a great selfie with ‘Gladiator’ and Business Development Manager, Shaun Beeston and posting photos of himself with his sword and helmet, which also made it to his office. David is being rewarded for his efforts with a £300 Red Letter Days voucher to spend on an experience of his choice. Congratulations, David!
