The automotive glass repair and replacement provider announced they will be adopting CitNOW technology to enhance and aid transparency with their insurance partners.

With CitNOW, every technician is able to video the customer’s vehicle in advance of repairing the glass. This footage will then be made available to partners, ensuring security and transparency on every vehicle inspection.
